Hackathon management platform
Run your hackathon on software built for it.
Registration, approvals, teams, submissions, judging and results — one platform instead of six spreadsheets and a group chat. Organisers, judges, mentors, participants and volunteers each work in their own view of the same event.

01Platform
Everything the weekend needs, in one system
Not a form builder with a leaderboard bolted on. Each part knows what phase the event is in and what the others are doing.
Registration and approval
Participants join through a link or an invite code. Approve them one by one, or switch on auto-approve and let everyone straight in. Optional e-mail verification.
Platform02The workspace
One console for the whole programme
Pipeline, accounts, people, events, analytics and reports in one place, with the search, filters and bulk actions you expect from software you use every day.
- Command palette across every record
- Filters, sorting and bulk actions on every list
- Role-based access, enforced on the server
- Exports wherever there is a table

03How it works
A hackathon is a clock
Every part of the platform is tied to a moment in the event. Windows open and close on their own, and actions that no longer make sense are refused rather than quietly accepted.
- 01
Registration
Sign-ups arrive, you approve them, the roster builds itself.
- 02
Teams
Teams form by code or invite, within the size limits you set.
- 03
Hacking
Announcements go out, help requests come in, mentors work the queue.
- 04
Submission
Projects land before the deadline, or after it if you allow that.
- 05
Judging
Judges score against your criteria; coverage is visible as it fills in.
- 06
Results
Leaderboard, podium and a per-criterion breakdown you can export.
04In production
Two events, counted from the database
These are the events already run on the platform. The figures are queries, not estimates.

07Questions
Before you ask
- How long does it take to set up an event?
- An event is created in one sitting: name, dates, registration and submission windows, team size and judging criteria. After that you share a join link.
- What languages does it support?
- The entire interface is available in Azerbaijani, English and Russian — every role and every screen, switchable by each user.
- Can we use our own domain?
- Yes, on the Dedicated tier the platform runs on your domain and your infrastructure, with your database under your control.
- Do participants need to install anything?
- No. Everything runs in the browser, on a phone as well as a laptop.
- What happens to our data after the event?
- It stays. Past events remain archived and browsable, and participants, submissions and results export to CSV whenever you want them elsewhere.
